2026 Immunization Schedules

 Pediatric Immunization Recommendations

DPH recommends MA providers follow the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) 2026 Vaccine Schedule.  

• View and print the AAP Recommended Child and Adolescent Immunization Schedule for Ages 18 Years or Younger 
• View and print AAP easy-to-read vaccine schedules for your birth through six years old and 7 through 18 years patients 

 Adult Immunization Recommendations 

The CDC Adult Immunization Schedule guidance currently remains in place for adult immunizations, except for specific DPH recommended guidance for vaccines, such as COVID-19, detailed at DPH recommended guidance for vaccines.
