The Town of Westford has partnered with UTEC, Inc., a local non-profit that provides job training and employment opportunities for at-risk youth, to provide curbside mattress collection services for Westford residents.
Cost: $40 per unit (a mattress or box spring is one unit)
When: Bi-weekly collection on Tuesdays
How to schedule pickup:
- Visit UTEC's website at https://utecinc.org/mattress-recycling/
- Scroll down to "Schedule a Pickup" and select Westford
- Follow the onscreen prompts to schedule your date and number/size of units
- Add to cart to enter your address and make your payment
- You're done! Place your mattress curbside on the day of collection and that's it!
