Circle Health is a progressive collaboration of physicians, hospitals, health providers, and community-based organizations dedicated to community health and wellness. Part of the Lowell General Hospital network, Circle Health Westford serves as an LGH service center for outpatient testing and diagnostic imaging, as well as an Urgent Care facility that provides walk-in care for non-life-threatening conditions, as well as the Circle Health OB/GYN practice. In addition, Westford Family Medicine, a Circle Health member, offers primary care, preventative medicine, and health maintenance services at the same location.
Located at 198 Littleton Road, across from Cornerstone Square, Circle Health Westford enjoys easy access to Route 495 and is surrounded by retail, professional services, dining, and recreation choices along Route 110.
Circle Health has demonstrated a commitment to improving the overall well-being and health of the Westford community. In collaboration with the Greater Lowell Health Alliance, Circle Health has offered grants to support critical health issues; partnered with local non-profits like the Westford Charitable Foundation, Westford Education Foundation, and Sustainable Westford; and hosted community health and wellness programs, including health fairs and screenings for residents. They have also supported educational initiatives and groups, such as the Friends of Westford Academy Ice Hockey and Westford Public Schools.
During the pandemic, Circle Health Urgent Care provided specific occupational medicine services and support to local businesses and first responders (police and fire departments) to help keep their workforces safe and in compliance with state mandates.
