With nearly three decades of combined industry experience, Samantha Connor and Gabriel Dantas brought their culinary vision to life in 2022 with the opening of Classic Kitchen Café, located at 175 Littleton Road in Westford Plaza. Perfectly positioned off Exit 82 of I-495, the café blends high visibility with small-town warmth, quickly becoming a local go-to spot.
Recently spotlighted on America’s Best Restaurants’ ABR Roadshow, Classic Kitchen Café is celebrated for its home-style breakfast and lunch favorites—from fluffy pancakes and hearty scrambles to stacked BLTs, rich coffee, and even cocktails. “This classic kitchen has been serving up bold bites and amazing food since 2022,” said host J Russell. “The food hit me like a warm hug and a hit of espresso. It’s small-town charm meets big breakfast energy.”
Behind the scenes, Dantas crafts the savory dishes while Connor leads the front-of-house and turns out fresh pastries and baked goods from scratch. Their shared commitment to quality, tradition, and community connection has fueled remarkable growth. “We started building a base of loyal regulars, and they started bringing in friends—and those friends brought more people,” Connor said. “Quality is our secret weapon. Gabriel is a fantastic cook.”
