2. The Transportation Program of the Cameron Senior Center has reached a point where budgetary restraints, increased ridership, and the drastic increase in gas prices has made it unrealistic for us to continue at our current donation based system. Due to these factors we have developed the following survey to better understand the needs of our community, and how we can move forward in continuing to provide transportation for those in need. Please take a moment to fill in the questions below in order to help us help our community.

Did you know that the Westford Council on Aging provides transportation for Westford residents who are Seniors age 55 and older as well as disabled adults of all ages to and from appointments, shops, jobs, and events in Westford, Chelmsford, Littleton, Carlisle, Acton, Ayer, Groton, Lowell and Concord?
