Municipal Lien Certificates

Municipal Lien Certificates:

Municipal Lien Certificates (commonly called “MLC’s”) are legal documents that list taxes and assessments owed on a particular parcel. These documents are usually requested for the preparation of a refinance or sale of a property, for the protection of the property owner.

The fee for Municipal Lien Certificates (MLC) is $50 for each residential parcel and $100 for each commercial/industrial parcel.
