2020 Census information & Job Opportunities & Lunch

Thursday, November 14th from 12pm at the Cameron Senior Center.

All are welcome for the the information, the lunch is only for people ages 55+

We will have a Census Representative giving us an update on the 2020 Census and being available to assist anyone interested in applying for jobs with the Census Bureau. The pay rate is $25/hour part-time or full-time. We are excited to announce that we’ve partnered with the U.S. Census Bureau to support the 2020 Census. As a partner, we’ll be working to ensure that our community is accurately represented. To learn about the  upcoming census, visit www.2020census.gov. Every 10 years, the U.S. Census Bureau undertakes a mammoth task: counting all the people residing in the United States. This count affects the allocation of funding for our community’s public resources (e.g.,roads, hospitals, schools), how we plan for the future, and our voice in government. Sign up at 978-692-5523.
