Sign ups for Programs for July and August begin on Monday, July 1st. No sign ups are allowed until then. Sign-up sheets have changed, and attached is a photo of an example. The sheets are double sided and contain a line for every program we offer. If you would like to attend a program, place a check in the box on that program's line, and under the column for the month you would like to attend it in. If you need our Transportation program to get you to the program, put a second check on that programs line, under the column marked "Van Needed." Make sure your name and phone number are filled in at the top of your sign-up sheet, and circle Y or N for whether you are a resident of the Town of Westford. The box at the top right of each sheet is for staff use, and will be filled in with your receipt information for payment.
