A portion of Main Street has been closed to through traffic between Leland Road and Providence Road between the hours of 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM.  Businesses on Main Street are open and residential properties will be accessible throughout construction.

Contractors continue to install utilities in the roadway that require the road to be closed.  The detour will remain in place during work hours until the utility work is complete.  Commuters are reminded to lower their speed in all construction zones and proceed with extreme caution.
