Flu Clinics Schedule Westford Residents Only

The Westford Health Department will sponsor flu clinics this fall season. More dates to come!

** Please note ** Due to COVID-19 our clinics may look a little different, as to adhere to the social distancing guidelines and maintaining all safety precautions.

 These Flu Clinics are APPOINTMENT ONLY- please use the following link for the Franco American Club Flu Clinic

 Franco-American Club is for the  65 and older flu clinic

 This year our request is to:

• Please make sure you come at the appropriate scheduled appointment time
• There isn’t any insurance forms to complete at the Franco, it’s all done online now via the link
• Please come prepared with a short sleeve shirt
• Please do not come to the clinic if you are ill or have any symptoms of covid-19
• Please pack your patience as we navigate through this new online software at our clinics, this process may take some time, as we are just learning how to use this program.
