Good Morning Everyone,
Please see the attached guidance documents released by the State effective today. The State may still be making updates to some of these, but I wanted to refresh all of the links to all of these documents. With regards to vaccine for residents in Westford, we still do not have vaccine, but we continue to order it. With the approval of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, I am hopeful that supply shortages will diminish over time, and we will be able to get vaccine sometime in the Spring. In the meantime, for those that are eligible please continue to check availability of vaccine at https://vaxfinder.mass.gov/ and locally at https://www.lowellgeneralvaccine.com/ .
Some good news in the fight against the virus is that Westford has case count has decreased for the third week in a row. Please keep up hard work of social distancing, wearing your mask and washing your hands. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
Jeffrey Stephens
Westford Health Director
