On Monday morning, April 30th, Contractors will be installing granite curb at the intersection of Main Street & Depot Street. When the work is complete early next week, a new traffic pattern will be in effect at the existing traffic island.
Vehicles on Main Street turning right onto Depot Street or left onto Main Street will need to stay to the right of the traffic island. Signs and pavement markers will be in place to properly direct traffic. This represents a new traffic pattern and commuters are strongly advised to carefully observe the new pavement markings and signs and to proceed with caution.
