Open Enrollment Sessions 2023-2024


OPEN ENROLLMENT SESSIONS FOR ALL EMPLOYEES:

BCBS*will only be attending the October 17th session. MetLife will be attending each session listed below and will be available, along with Human Resources and other benefit representatives, to answer questions and assist with paperwork on the following days:

Open Enrollment Sessions:

Thursday October 12th Westford Academy - Upper Cafe 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Tuesday* October 17th Central Office/Millennium –All Purpose Room 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Thursday October 19th Town Hall - 2nd Floor Meeting Room 11:00 am - 1:00 pm

Call-in Lines: Account Education call-in Lines are being setup for BCBS health insurance & MetLife dental insurance. Once the dates, times, and phone numbers are available, they will be provided.

Retirees are welcome at any open enrollment session.

RETIREE OPEN ENROLLMENT SESSION: 

A BCBS representative and Human Resources will be available at this session to answer questions and assist with paperwork.

Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) documents - Mitigation Funds

These funds are available, until they are exhausted, for employees and retirees who are non-Medicare eligible who participate on the Town's health insurance to help offset increased out of pocket costs for plan design changes (health insurance copays only) for  those who meet the criteria through the HRA (Health Reimbursement Arrangement).
