Helena Crocker Residences will provide 18-units of supportive and affordable housing designed to address the needs of seniors with incomes ranging from extremely low to moderate. Ten 1-bedroom units and eight studio units will be available. Three of these are being set aside for homeless or at-risk seniors, providing a safe, permanent and service-enriched environment. Sixteen of the apartments will receive project-based rental assistance, where the residents will pay no more than 30% of their income towards rent. Each of the apartments has a full bathroom and kitchen. There are both handicap-accessible and adaptable units at Helena Crocker Residences . The project also includes the availability of supportive services that provide information, advocacy and referrals to area agencies that deal with the individual needs of each resident.
