Westford Parks & Recreation Update

After School with Parks & Rec’s Westford Partnership for Children (WPC)

Parks & Recreation’s WPC After School program for grades K-8 returns to full service starting August 31. The WPC program provides the Westford community with a safe, stimulating, and fun environment for school children during after school hours.

WPC offers each child:

  • Choice of enrichment activities, like science exploration, sports and games, visual arts and homework help.
  • Flexible schedules that support each family’s needs, from one block on one day, to a full week of after school coverage.
  • Safe and easy transition from classroom to program, with WPC programs located at each child’s school*.
  • Experienced WPC Site Directors and staff, all focused on safety, positive youth development, and academic enrichment and support.

The program runs Monday-Friday, from school dismissal to 5:45 p.m. with locations at the following Westford Public Schools: Abbot, Crisafulli, Day, Miller, Nabnasset, Robinson, and Stony Brook Middle School. *The Middle School program is run at Stony Brook Middle School. WPC provides bus transportation from Blanchard to Stony Brook.

Parks & Rec’s Special After School Programs
