2022 Proposed Zoning Bylaw Amendment
In accordance with the provisions of Mass. General Laws Chapter 40A, Section 5, the Planning Board of the TOWN OF WESTFORD will hold a public hearing on the Zoning Bylaw Amendment as described below. The Planning Board public hearing will begin on Monday, May 16, 2022 at a meeting starting at 7:00 p.m. in Meeting Room 201 at Town Hall, 55 Main Street, Westford, MA. This amendment will be considered at the Westford Annual Town Meeting beginning on Saturday, June 11, 2022.
The complete text of the proposed bylaw amendment will be available for inspection beginning on April 29, 2022, at the Town Clerk's Office and the Permitting Department in Town Hall, 55 Main Street, during normal business hours (8 a.m. – 4 p.m., Monday to Friday) and at the J.V. Fletcher Library, 50 Main Street. The proposed bylaw amendment will also be available for download on the Town of Westford website at www.westfordma.gov. The Planning Board file for the proposed amendment is PB 2217 ZNG.
PB 2217 ZNG, Amend Zoning Bylaw, to include 483 Groton Road within the Industrial A (IA) zoning district.
To see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning Bylaw by amending Town of Westford Zoning Map by adding the parcel identified as #483 Groton Road (Assessor’s Map 077 Block 0015 Lot 0000) to the Industrial A (IA) zoning district, or act in relation thereto. This amendment is by Citizens’ Petition.
