Who is a Supportive Day Client?
A Supportive day client may be an isolated, or homebound elder from Westford or outside area communities. They may live alone, with family, or with a spouse but may have some physical or social impairments. (We do not service clients who need medical monitoring.). Our clients may need some socialization in a supportive environment. Their families may need some supervision or assistance for their family member while they work outside the home. Our program can assist you or your loved one in staying at home as long as possible, but with support.
