In compliance with the Department of Revenue’s certification and interim certification regulations, the Westford Board of Assessors conducts annually, a Measure and List of real and personal property. This project is done annually by Assessor’s Office staff and/or in conjunction with independent contractors. These parcels consist of properties with building permits, properties that have been identified for re-inspection, properties that have not been inspected in the last 5-7 years, and sales. The purpose is to continually update Assessor records.
Listed below are links to relevant information, motor vehicle abatement applications and various real estate exemptions. Real estate exemptions cannot be accepted after April 1 for the current fiscal year. Real estate abatement applications are only available from January 1 to February 1.
