	Please be advised that, in accordance with President Obama's proclamation, Acting Governor Murray has ordered that the United States flag and the Commonwealth flag be lowered to half-staff at all state buildings from sunrise until sunset on Tuesday, March 15, 2011, in honor of Corporal Frank Buckles, the last surviving American veteran of World War I.
