This Registration form can be used for most Recreation Programs.
Our Registration forms are available online throughout the website, however we currently do not have online registration availalble. You are more than welcomed to send in payment and registration to our Post Office Box #2444 in Westford, MA, or bring in payment and registration to our office location at 35 Town Farm Road in Westford, MA.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS YET.

Our office is open Monday - Friday 8-4. If you cannot make it to our office during office hours, you are more than welcome to drop your registration and payment through the drop slot in the door.

POLICIES
REGISTRATIONS
Registrations accepted by mail (PO Box 2444) or in person (35 Town Farm Road). Registration forms are available in the brochure, at the recreation office and on our website, www.westfordma.gov/recblog. Only one person per form please, photocopy if necessary. Non-residents are welcome to enroll for an additional fee of $10.00 per person, per program.
CONFIRMATIONS
Due to the volume of registrations we receive, we do not mail out confirmations. All participants should consider themselves enrolled in a program unless otherwise notified. No news is good news!
PAYMENTS
Payments for programs offered by the WEstford Recreation Department will be accepted by cash or check (payable to the Town of Westford). Credit cards are not accepted. Non-residents must include the $10.00 non-resident fee with registration in order to be accepted. Any forms we receive from non-residents without the fee will be returned. If registering for a Recreation Program and the After School Progrm, please write separate checks.
CANCELLATIONS
The Parks & Recreation Department has the right to cancel or combine any program with insufficient enrollment. We will gladly refund fees for any program canceled by us. All participants wil be notified of changes in the schedule.
REFUND POLICY
If a participant withdraws from a program at least seven days prior to the starting date they are entitled to a refund minus a $10.00 processing fee for every program withdrawal OR you may choose a credit in the full amount. If a participant withdraws from a recreation program less than seven days prior to the starting date and we are able to fill the vacancy from a waiting list, they are entitled to a credit only. If the vacancy cannot be filled, no refund or credit will be given. Please allow two to three weeks for refund processing. No refund or credit will be issued once a program has begun. No refund or credit for classes missed or forgotten. In the case of a medical emergency a program credit will be issued.
